HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a tracking number with your order confirmation email. It may take a day or two for your order to become trackable on the carrier’s website which is quit usual.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PURCHASING ONLINE?
We unfortunately are unable to make any changes to your online order once it has been placed. This includes updating the address, cancelling the order and changing the delivery service.
Our Customer Service team will not be able to assist in amending your online order once it has been placed.

WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?
If no one is home to receive your order, our couriers will either leave your order in a safe place, or it will be taken to the closest Post Office for you to collect at a later date. A delivery card with instructions for collection will be left in your letterbox.
International orders require a signature on delivery. If no one is home to sign for your deliver, our couriers will take your order back to the depot closest to your address for collection at a later date.
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, because we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
Due to hygiene standards/requirements, we cannot accept returns for change of mind under any circumstances for:
Hosiery
Underwear
Swimwear
MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/FAULTY, WHAT CAN I DO?
You can return the above items within 30 days if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sample or description. We will accept product returns and provide you with a replacement or refund where:
the product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
the product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
the product does not match the sample or our description; and
you can present your adequate proof of purchase (online tax invoice or financial statement such as a credit card statement or bank statement clearly showing the goods purchased).
We reserve the right not to offer a replacement or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
Note: Refunds will only be issued using your original payment method (including the same card used for purchase).
